Privacy Policy

We process application data to review coach applications and prepare possible pilot access.

Application data includes name, email, optional contact and club details, role, website, and motivation. We also store timestamps for contact, Terms, and Privacy acceptance.

For coaching sessions, Engrane is designed around explicit player recording allowance. Without that allowance, audio, video, or transcript content should not be processed for coaching intelligence.

Engrane is intended as privacy by design and privacy by default: coach-private drafts stay private, players see only approved takeaways, and non-golf private chit-chat should be detected early and removed before AI summaries.

The intended pilot posture is private/local AI first and EU-hosting-first. Non-EU cloud AI providers are not used for real pilot data without explicit approval, contractual basis, and documentation.

Necessary cookies are used for language, login, security, and the cookie notice. Optional product analytics or marketing attribution is only used after active consent.

Audio, transcripts, and player reports are later product data and remain private until explicitly approved. Retention, export, and deletion rules will be finalized before real pilot data is collected.
